We are an evidence-based practice. What does that mean? It means we use the most up-to-date research and apply that to treatments. Our treatments are ALWAYS individualized based on the patient's condition(s), comfort level, and goals.

We never make guarantees, but if you're not sure if our style of chiropractic treatment is right for you, we encourage you to schedule a FREE consultation to see if we're a good fit.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit will be about 45 minutes. 
This appointment will include:
- An in-depth discussion about your problem areas, goals (short and long-term), and your health history.
- A physical exam, involving some tests to help me better determine what is causing your problem.
- Treatment (let's get you feeling better!)

What should I expect at my follow-up visits?

Follow-up treatments will be about 15 minutes in length.

I hate the "cracking" sound. Can you still help me?

I have many tools in my "knowledge toolbox", and that includes adjusting styles. So if "cracking" isn't your forte, that's okay! We have other adjusting styles than we can utilize to get you feeling better.

What can you treat?

The short answer is- if it's a joint, we can work on it. But in reality, if your complaint is part of the musculoskeletal system, we have a treatment for it!
